What you’re buying 02
Batchkeeper is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin, delivered as a digital download (a .zip file). No physical goods are shipped. A purchase gives you the plugin files under the GPLv2-or-later license — see the bundled license.txt for the full license text.
Price and payment 03
Prices are shown in USD. Norwegian customers are charged 25% Norwegian VAT (MVA), included in the displayed price. Payment is processed by PayPal and/or WooCommerce Payments — we never see or store your full card or PayPal account details ourselves.
Delivery 04
Delivery is instant: once payment is confirmed, the plugin file becomes available for download from your order confirmation and account page. There is no shipping and no shipping cost.
Right of withdrawal 05
Because this is downloadable digital content, Norwegian and EU consumer law lets you waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate access. At checkout you’re asked to explicitly confirm this before you can complete the order — access begins immediately after payment, and from that point the purchase can’t be withdrawn from under the standard 14-day rule (angrerettloven § 22(n)). We record your confirmation, the exact wording shown, a timestamp, your IP address and browser, in case this is ever disputed.
Refunds outside the withdrawal right 06
Waiving the statutory withdrawal right doesn’t waive your rights if the product is genuinely defective. If Batchkeeper doesn’t work as described, contact support with your order details and a description of the problem, and we’ll sort it out — a fix, or a refund if we can’t fix it.
Updates and support 07
Purchases made directly on this site don’t include an automatic update mechanism or a license key — when a new version is released, download it again from your account and reinstall it the same way as the first time. There’s no subscription and no recurring charge. If you instead buy Batchkeeper through the WooCommerce Marketplace, purchase, updates and support run through your WooCommerce.com account according to their own terms.
Liability 08
Batchkeeper is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be excluded under Norwegian law.
Governing law and disputes 09
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we can’t resolve a disagreement directly, Norwegian consumers can bring a complaint to the Forbrukerrådet (Norwegian Consumer Council) or use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. Changes to these terms 10
We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your purchase is the one shown at the time you place your order.
